Would you run away with me if it’s tonight? Leave everything behind, c’mon c’mon. – Urbandub’s An Invitation

I don’t really know why Evidence became their second single (since Guillotine’s the first) when in fact, An Invitation’s better. C’mon, they should have at least checked out my own set of preferences before launching their second single. I don’t really know why I’m tad excited for them to shoot a video for An Invitation, really. Urbandub rocks, I know, and if I’d love to direct their third single’s music video (and I’m betting for what my auditory cortex is saying right now).

Yes, as in direct. I’m the director! Like, it would be shot in UPLB and it’s night and gloomy and the girl’s running after some guy while it’s raining and all. The girl must be in this black dress, not that I’m emo but I think it would be great. Then they would be meeting at the Never-Ending bridge of UPLB, which was, in real-life, one of the spookiest places in UPLB. I can tell. I once walked there with someone when the lights went out. Well, maybe it’s just a sad coincidence.

Back to the music video, it would be great if it’s really raining and the girl’s running and finding for some guy who has an umbrella.

The reason why the girl in that shimmering black dress was at the Never-Ending bridge is because she and his lover had arranged a tryst at that very bridge. The silly girl could have ran to the nearby library for a temporary shed against the rainwater, but that’s out of the movie clip anyway.

Then the song will end when the guy she was about to meet would soon give her an extra umbrella. Yeah, the guy should bring an extra umbrella since his was for himself only.

Whatever. I just don’t really understand why Evidence became the second single. I hope you won’t mind.

Haha. I know what you feel. I had a concept in my for the video of I’m Like a Lawyer with the Way I’m Alwiays Trying to Get You Off (Me and You), but as it turns out they used a song to promote Invisible Children (which is not bad.) But yea, I had an idea. Haha
